Fully Custom Invitation Suites Are Perfect for You If:

You are eager to be actively involved in the design process and possess a clear vision for your invitation suites. Alternatively, if you find yourself feeling lost in the world of design—unsure of what you want but certain you desire something original and tailor-made just for you—these fully custom invitations are an ideal choice.

You have at least four to six months between your inquiry date and your desired mailing date. This timeline allows ample time for all the intricacies of design, consultation, and assembly that a fully custom project necessitates.

You have a comfortable budget and are ready to invest in creating a unique and memorable experience for this special occasion in your life.

The process

INQUIRY & CONSULTATION // Fill out the inquiry form and schedule a free 1-hour consultation (in-person or video call) to discuss your vision. Receive the initial sketch for better visual understanding. After a €300 down payment, your order is confirmed.

DESIGN & REVISIONS // We create a mood board and schedule a 45-minute follow-up to refine details. After submitting your wording, you’ll receive realistic design proofs with 2–3 color/design options within 5–7 business days, including two revision rounds.

FINAL APPROVAL & PRODUCTION // Once approved, you’ll receive the final quote. After full payment, production takes 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity.
Custom wedding suites start from EUR 500 for 30 suites.

What is included?

– Consultations // Enjoy a 1-hour consultation after receiving the initial proposal and first sketch and a 45-minute follow-up after receiving the mood board.
– Design & Revisions // Receive high-quality digital proofs with 2–3 color and/or design options and up to three revision rounds (additional rounds: €45 per hour).

Olivia and Edward had always shared a love for design, art, and the magic of old-new world romance. When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew their invitations had to be more than just paper – they had to be a story, a first glimpse into the world they were creating for their loved ones.

For Olivia and Edward, the essence of their wedding was timeless elegance with a playful, artistic touch. They wanted their invitation suite to reflect not only the grandeur of Old Sessions House but also the warmth and intimacy of their love story. To achieve this, whimsical doodle illustrations were made for additional charm and personality of their stationery.

The base of the design was deep navy blue, representing the timelessness of the city’s night sky. Olive green added an air of vintage refinement, reminiscent of the ivy-covered walls and historic charm of Old Sessions House. Soft blush pink whispered romance, while lavender accents hinted at the grandeur of old chandeliers and candlelit banquets.

For Leila & John, their wedding at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park, on January 15, 2023, was a celebration of refined elegance and understated luxury. Their invitation suite embodied their vision—minimalist yet exclusive, modern yet timeless, with touches of rich texture and gilded accents.

The invitation suite is a tactile and visual harmony, where each detail is thoughtfully curated:

A Rich Leather Envelope: The deep brown leather envelope, secured with a brass button closure, exudes a sense of exclusivity—an invitation that feels more like a treasured keepsake.
Gold Foil Embossing: delicate botanical motif foiled in gold — a symbol of natural beauty and lasting love.
Minimalist Typography: The suite features clean, modern serif fonts, balancing simplicity and grandeur.
Botanical Illustrations: Subtle, hand-drawn leaf motifs appear on the menu and accommodation cards, tying nature into the suite in a soft, elegant manner.
