Gift set "Urban sketcher": watercolors + sketch pad

A lovely set that includes the small sketchbook in dark brown leather covers and the Nature's Minimal Set of four watercolors by Deep Deep Light.

The small watercolor set is for those who don't want to carry around large palettes but want to mix almost any color. The set includes Chrome Green, Mayan Red, Golden Ocher, Indigo.

The beauty of the hand-bound watercolor sketchbook lies in the hand-torn pages and rough leather covers. You can draw and paint freely in the book, at the same time it is small enough to comfortably carry all your sketches in one place. In addition, the special stitching on the spine ensures that it is comfortable to paint in, as the book remains flat when opened to any page.

Materials used: leather, linen thread, medium thick (200gsm) high quality Hahnemuhle watercolor paper made in Germany in natural white color.

Approximate dimensions: leather covers 17 x 13.5 cm, inner pages 16.5 x 13 cm (36 pages).

All the leather products on display are handmade by a master craftsman right here in Latvia, in our small but warm-hearted workshop. We believe that leather is a special and beautiful material, and we are grateful for its past life, so we use it as sparingly as possible. If you see a slight scratch, you know that in our eyes it is not a flaw, but an added value to the product, making it unique and with its own story.

All watercolors are handmade from pigments, pigment mix, binder and essential oils. The connector element is made from gum arabic, natural honey and water. All watercolors have a soft floral fragrance, with a lemongrass accent and a sandalwood scent.
