For orders over €70.00, delivery by parcel machine is free of charge.
In accordance with our policy, goods can be returned within 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The goods must be in their original packaging.
Personalised products (photo albums, invitations, leather accessories, etc.) and specially prepared products (e.g. ready-made stamp imprints that are made to order for each customer personally in the relevant colour and design combination) are not returnable or refundable, unless the product is of poor quality or obviously defective.
In order to return an item, we need a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and the money will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before the money is credited to your account.

Unfortunately, items purchased during a sale are not accepted for return.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the product, the return costs will be deducted from the total amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to deliver your returned goods may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, please consider insuring the item or tracking the delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
